When we are emotionally stressed, we cannot think clearly because the blood drains from our problem-solving part of the brain because we are in the “panic” or “fight or flight” stage. When this happens, put your hand on your forehead and focus on your problem until it dissipates. By using this simple emotional stress relief technique, we can correct the blood flow and bring the thoughts out of the fight or flight and back into the problem-solving brain which allows us to start thinking clearly again and reduces the stress from our physical body.
Rebounding
The lymphatic system pumps lymph around the body with movement. Rebounding for a few minutes every day ensures nutrients are carried and cells are cleaned by our lymphatic system. 10 minutes on a rebounder is equal to 30 hard road running.
What Have We Learned?
Our bodies are amazing, and we can help ourselves recover by simply rubbing some lymph points, using nutrition that benefits the body and holding neurovascular points to relieve stress. These techniques, when used in combination, can strengthen muscles and put them back into a healthy state, which in turn relieves pain.
If we combine two, three or four stresses, either emotional, electrical or physical, and an offending food then you will have a very sore body. If your body is sore, then your muscles are either weakened or have become hypertonic. Release the emotional stress by using ESR and remove any food that you may be intolerant to.
Taking painkillers or anti-inflammatories give great ease but, in many cases, if you find out what the underlying cause is, you can get your muscles back in working order and enjoy a pain free life.
